More than 15 years’ working experiences with world renowned MNCs, and at least
9 years focus in HR & Recruitment. Keith was the Head of Talent Acquisition at H.K. Applied Science and Technology Research Institute, Group HR Manager (Resourcing), for A.S. Watson Group (Asia), and worked in the HR/Recruitment function with world known banks, such as UBS and HSBC.

Keith specializes in recruiting middle to senior level IT / Technical, Sales and Marketing as well as Finance and various Supporting (back office) roles within industries such as Banking & Finance; Retail / FMCG / Healthcare / Luxury; and IT & Telecommunications. He understands business versus recruitment and is able to well manage internal and external stakeholder relationship, subordinates, clients and candidates expectations.
