Employee: [Thinking] Okay fine! That’s enough! I am starting and finishing on time. Only do what you mentioned. Nothing more.

Micromanagement is a complete waste of time. It sucks the life out of employees.
If you hired someone for a job, you gotta trust them to get it done!
