Do you know candidates spend many hours applying for a job??
I bet that you are not currently hiring or may have already identified someone!
Do you know candidates tried their very best to create a perfect resume?
Do you know they spent a lot of time to tailor-made their Cover Letter?
Do you know they change their CV again and again because they want an Interview??
This is the worst thing I heard from using Job Board, too many old JOBs!
Recruiters, please help to ensure your Job Posting data are correct as well.
Candidate, please only apply jobs that are within 1 week after posting to increase your chance!
