Emotions!
(e.g. posting regarding your family)
If your personal post can have some sort of "feeling" to your audience...
They can relate to your situation, they will SYNC with you.
BUT... if you are just posting for Foods, Travel, Cats/Dogs videos, Definitely NO!!
