He went through 5 rounds of Interviews with Senior Directors! Then, he received a tailor-made rejection email.


He called and followed up with the Recruiter, and hoping to get some feedback. But he was ghosted and no one answered. Very frustrated.


After many hours of preparation again and multiple trials to find another related job, although lots of Phone Interviews and Zoom meetings. However, he still even receive a single response.


Perhaps might be better candidates or he did something wrong, but no HR, Recruiters, or Hiring Managers would tell him why he is NOT a better fit.


He never know and not able to improve. So, I think... candidates really deserve feedback, not just a generic rejection email kind of doesn't help!


Especially after multiple rounds of Interviews and the potential candidate is also the potential customers of the company. So it is critical in the candidate experience. Agree?


Let's put the human back in Human Resources. Don't treat candidates like numbers, don't judge a candidate based on just a paper resume, please!!
