I was REJECTED for an Internal position after passing all the required assessments.

This was really a very Toxic work environment.

Senior management was bullying and demoralizing everyone in the team.

They changed my boss to another department.

Our team turnover was very high and my teammates resigned.

I applied for the Head of Department role, but failed.

Since no other candidates... three weeks later...

They offered me the Head of position without any pay rise.

I said NO, but, no, thank you!

Three months later an AMAZING career opportunity came my way.

Lesson Learned 👇

1) Leaving an unhealthy work environment is the right decision ever!

2) Your value does not decrease based on someone's opinion of you.

3) If a door closes, many more will open. Rejection is Redirection~

4) Never let anyone decide your destiny or underestimate you, ok?

5) You must BELIEVE in yourself, your ability & your contribution!
