Manager said:
“I have an employee who is always quiet on calls and never leads meetings” should I be concerned?
Boss said:
“Is all of the work getting done and are they being a team player”
“Yes” replied by Manager
Boss said:
“Just because some of your employees speak up and lead meetings, does not necessarily mean they are the hardest worker or doing the best work”.
