You have been hired because the Interviewer act like this...

- Read your resume and cover letter carefully

- Skipped the "Tell me more about yourself"

- Felt like a conversation instead of an Interview

- Found similarities and shared his/her story too

- Focus on your potential rather than your failure

If you went through the interview like this, do send a "Thank You" note to the Interviewer!
